		<description>The problem with the rate cuts is they are bailing out people that should be taking their lumps and punishing people who have worked hard to avoid lumps or have taken them in stride and not played the victim card.

Many people in their later years live on fixed-income investments.  Their income has been drastically decreased while their expenses drastically increased.

The US must make movements back to putting a premium on saving and should reward not punish those that do.</description>
